Where can you train with someone? (updated)

Hi Everyone,

 

Below is the beginning of posting who is training where, and are open to all comers.

As we know it is easier to train in a group.

I’ll list  Time/Place/General racing that training is aimed at/

At this stage if you have any queires come thorugh my email info@oceanplayground.com.au and i can get in touch with any of the guys/girls so i don’t inadvertantly list peoples emails without consent.

Also, if you want me to add your time and place let me know.

Training Groups

Day/Time/Location/General training plan

Tuesday & Thursday & Friday/5.30 am/Nobby’s Boatsheds (horeshoe Beach)/Longer ocean races, 45 – 60 min sessions

 

Mon-Fri/5.30 am/Swansea Channel Boatsheds (Northern Side on Ungala Road)/Longer ocean races, 45 – 60 min sessions

    Hi,

    I live at the southern end of Lake Macquarie and would be keen to meet up with anyone on weekends and possibly some afternoons for training.

      Hi Shane,

      Where specifically do you live and i can post your current times etc.
      We paddle at the moment, reasonably regularly Tues/Thur mornings 0530 from Swansea boat sheds (Blacksmith’s side).
